Payment Information

  • We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount of your stay
  • The deposit must be transferred to our bank account within 3 days of receiving the Reservation Confirmation email that includes the payment details.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer, or on- site in cash or by card, the latest on the first day of your stay

Cancellation Policy 

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. In that case, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
  • If you cancel the reservation within 15 days of the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
